At the end there is the python code I used to iterate all 960 positions and store the results. I will attach the table containing all 960 positions below. Stockfish has a special parameter to allow 960 so I assume there are some specific optimization done for it. First of all engines in general are not perfect in evaluating opening by themselves. Obviously there are limitations to this analysis.

So on an average, white does get a better position in Chess960 assuming completely random draw of the position, however I am not sure the effect is considerable given it is within one standard deviation and also using different number of threads, hash size or greater depth does vary the results.

The standard position is evaluated as white having 25 centipawn advantage.

Most 'unfair' positions with +0.79 advantage:.
